Scholder, Amy

Amy Scholder is an editor who worked extensively with Wojnarowicz's writings, both before and after his death. While Wojnarowicz was alive, he showed her the monologues that made up his first book, 'Sounds In the Distance, which Scholder would later edit and re-publish posthumously as The Waterfront Journals. Additionally, she edited the publication of his diaries, In the Shadow of the American Dream. and the catalog to his show Fever: The Art of David Wojnarowicz at the New Museum.
