The interview begins with Neiman speaking about meeting Jonas for the first time in New York City and how she began documenting her work. Neiman explains that it all happened very naturally and the performance she photographed the most was Organic Honey. From here, she describes what the process of working with Jonas was like, revealing that most often they were in Jonasâs studio together and after shoots, Neiman would bring in photographs to show Jonas. The interview ends with Neiman speaking about her archive and briefly working the camera for the Organic Honey performances at LoGuidice Gallery in New York and Galleria L’Attico in Rome.
